The unification of the summary proceedings for food and visitation; and the principle of concentration

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the unification of summary proceedings for child support and visitation rights, and the principle of concentration. The research was descriptive in relation to the description of the variables under study. The results reflected the intention to verify whether it is necessary to unify alimony and visitation rights into a single process, as this is the only way to understand the feelings of parents who are immersed in exhausting processes that in many cases they have been unable to continue due to lack of money, affecting the rights of children and adolescents. In conclusion, one of the main reasons why either the father or mother files a child support claim is because one of the parents abandoned the home and does not provide what is necessary for their children to have a dignified life.
