Non-prose cutability of abortion for humanitarian reasons in Ecuador
Abstract
The overall objective of the research was to analyze the non-immutability of abortion for humanitarian reasons in Ecuador. The approach taken by the researchers to develop the method was based on a quantitative approach, through investigation, collection, and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, documentary sources consisting of articles, regulations, and laws, among others. The inductive-deductive method was also used. A questionnaire was administered to 50 female citizens. It was concluded that a constitutional reform is necessary in Ecuador about abortion in cases of catastrophic diseases, which would protect the rights of a minority by focusing on a life in harmony. It has been determined that catastrophic diseases such as anencephaly and brittle bone syndrome are diseases that prevent the development of children.
